STRNGTH:
WEAKNESS:
The department is running with three (03) sanctioned Assistant Professors . With regard to the students’ strength, the department is very weak. The department needs two more sanctioned teacher immediately as the demand of the student is increasing day by day.
OPPORTUNITY:
The teachers and the students use the departmental library whenever they need.
CHALLENGE:
Basically the college is situated in the rural area. Major students come from socio- economically backward families. So higher education may be challengeable for them.
FUTURE PLAN:
OBJECTIVES:

1.To provide students with a comprehensive education in the field of Hindi Language.
2. To realize students to become responsible citizen.
